Garage door would not open... Late Saturday, I called Precision Garage Door and within an hour Caleb showed-up. Incredible optimism, professionalism and had a fantastic customer relationship skill-set! I can't say enough great things about our experience with Caleb and Precision Garage Door of Austin. We've been clients for years. If we ever have issues with our garage door/lift unit , I'm confident that calling PGD will provide me with a cost effective solution.

Just had Precision Overhead Garage Door Service out to help us out with a busted garage door. Stephen Michael was fantastic. He was able to get our springs and rollers replaced and fix the shotty repair job done by the previous owners. Precision was able to come out the same day I called and completed the repair. I only received a consultation by Precision, and the technician that came out (Wes) was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to when trying to understand the different types of garage door and systems. Even though we did not proceed with Precision (we only needed a panel replaced), we will for sure revisit the option to buy a new garage door from them, as they seem very built-to-last.

I had fast same day repair service from Brian Rykowski from Precision Garage Door of Austin for a broken garage door. He gave us our options and we went with the repair of the existing door. He replaced broken springs and cables and even fixed bolts and other parts the builder had installed wrong. He aligned and oiled everything to work better than it ever had and was done in an hour! Wonderful service and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Jeremy knocked it out of the park. Thanks Jeremy. Happy with the unit Jeremy installed. Very happy to see a garage door opener with a steel latch vs. the cheap plastic installed by the builder to save a few dollars. The camera on the unit was an unexpected surprise. Jeremy sold me when he suggested Lift Master. I like my other unit, only drawback I have had is I had to replace the backup battery - cheap at amazon.

After having an awful experience with another company, Precision was awesome. Tech Caleb called twice to let me know when he would arrive. He looked at the door, told us what needed to be done and gave me a price breakdown before starting. He was also very personable. I will call you again for service. After his arrival, he took time to explain exactly what he was going to do. Along the process he answered all my questions. He was very meticulous in everything he did. Nick did the exact work I asked for. He pointed out things that might be a problem and clearly communicated the cost/benefit. He noticed that my old garage door opener does not work. He offered the service of replacing the opener, but was really cool about it. "You can probably fix this yourself. Find this part on Amazon." I *REALLY* appreciate not overselling additional stuff. Well done and very good experience.
