I wanted to upgrade my garage door opener to a myQ compatible model. I contacted ***** at Precision and they sent ***** out. He looked at my current setup and recommended the best model for my application. He explained the setup process, installed the new opener then walked me through all the features. He was very thorough and professional throughout. I highly recommend Precision.

Phil was extremely nice and knew what he was doing. Working on a really old overhead barn door is tough! Most companies either didn't want to, or wanted to charge WAY too much! Shawn/Karen/Phil are a great team!

Shane was great and arrived within the window. He wasn't able to fix the motor until I get a part ordered but we have a plan. He was knowable and helpful. He got me set up with a second garage opener. I'd def use Precision again.

Landon Kellogg was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made us feel we were in capable hands. He installed our new garage door system n just a few hours and thoroughly explained what we needed to know about using and maintaining it. Stephen Michael, whom we met first and got the estimate and contract from was also just as friendly and knowledgeable. We received texts with photos and phone call about when the representatives would be coming. That adds extra safety precautions. I feel confident about Precision Garage Door of Austin.

I have nothing but great things to say about Isaiah and the Precision Garage Door folks. When I asked for an estimate, Isaiah came out and gave me three new door choices, and also gave me a handle full of "just fix it" options. I chose the middle level new door, they coordinated and install data and they took out the old door a lift and replaced it all in 3 hours. Left no mess, and gave me a briefing on how to keep the door working great. It's silent, and no more lifting the door by hand. Professional and courteous! Definitely 5 stars!

Prospero was wonderful. He did a great job installing the garage door. He had to come back a few weeks later because the door arrived with a cracked window pane. At the initial install he made sure I was aware and reassured me this would be handled promptly. Very impressed with Precision Garage Door and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new door.

Shane Murphy provided such a wonderful experience in our first dealing with Precision Garage Door. His knowledge and expertise with our garage was very evident. We have a 3 car garage and all of the doors are old. He shared a way of bracketing the doors to prolong their life which gave such "peace of mind" knowing they likely will last until the new doors arrive. Shane demonstrates such a professionalism that going forward I will only consider dealing with Precision Garage Door!

Shane (technician) from Precision was excellent. I received timely communications when he was on the way, and he answered every question I threw at him about our garage doors, what to expect (down the road), and what to keep an eye on. He walked me through available options for repair, maintenance, and replacement. Nothing felt pushy (at all), he simply shared information and answered my questions. I would use them again and recommend Shane and Precision to anyone.
