Daniel Richie came to our home to replace the seals on the bottom of the garage doors, and he also performed service on the doors replacing loose bolts, cleaning the rollers, etc. He was professional and yet had no problem answering any questions I had. He also taught me quite a bit about the openers and just how the doors themselves work. I will be requesting him as my technician whenever we need service on the doors. Please tell him thank you for me!

I had our opener installed a year ago. I called on a weekend and was able to get a tech out here the same day. Put in a new opener and the works. The tech was awesome and explained everything that needed to be done in words a customer could understand. This company is amazing. I had a glitch with the wall opener, called Precision and they got the tech out the same day. I highly recommend this company. They are courteous, fast and very reliable.

The installation was done on time and at the agreed price. The quality of the doors are great. I love the simplicity of the design. I did not have to add an app to my phone like a competing company wanted me to do. An app on my phone would have complicated my life. All I wanted were doors that looked good and operate when I push a button. I am thrilled with the smooth operation of my doors.

In the past my dad had used Precision, and I recently needed service for one of my garage doors. I had also heard an Ad recently so I picked up the phone and called on a Friday afternoon. They scheduled me in the same day. Patrick Day, the tech that came out was awesome. Very professional and actually called to see if it was okay to arrive early! Patrick arrived on time, gave the estimate to actually fix both springs on two garage doors. He had it completed in about 2hrs and even changed one of the light bulbs out on the third garage door for me. I could not have asked for a better experience! I will definitely use Precision in the future and will refer them to family and friends!

I selected Precision Garage Door of Austin because they have a 24/7 operator who I reached out to very early morning on Saturday before Easter. My door springs snapped late in the evening before and I was concerned about getting service the next day. I was told that a technician would arrive between 10:00am and noon. The technician called and stated that he finished his first appointment early and could arrive at my house by 9:00am if I desired. With storms in the forecast, I welcomed the early arrival. The technician gave me three estimates dependent upon additional preventative maintenance. The work was completed in about one hour and my garage door was better than before. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Phil Belfrage was my technician and was able to meet my expectation. He solved my sensor misalignment issue and installed a new wall LiftMaster 98022. He was courteous and professional and patient with me despite having additional jobs (I'm sorry for whoever came after me and hogging Phil!). Precision Garage Door happened to be one of the few companies that seems like they've been around for awhile and was able to install the LiftMaster model I was looking at. I personally feel comfortable with Phil being my technician in the future if I decide to ever upgrade my garage door to a more insulated door.

Called about my garage door opener not working due to thunderstorms. They quickly assigned someone to come out. Michael was very courteous, found my problem and gave me several options. Told him I would do some research and get back to him with my decision. After making my choice he set me up for the next day to replace the the entire unit. He provided information about what to do and what to look out for, Not only about the new unit but with the rest the hardware that did not need to be replaced and some recommended maintenance. He even cleaned up some of my garage. Michael was very knowledgeable and nice. I say he went beyond what I expected. He did a great job!
