Sunday night close our garage door after a long day on the lazy river and there is a load noise from the garage door. Jumped onto the internet and remembered Precision adverts. So it was so easy to pick an appointment for the Monday morning. With Jeremy arriving at 10:48 after calling me to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and efficient. Gave me a couple of options based on observations he made. Got my sping fixed, rollers, cables and mounting arm replaced. All of this within 2 hours. Future work on my garage doors will only be with Precision.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. My service technician, Nick, showed up on time and gave me a detailed explanation of my different options for installing an overhead powered garage door. He then installed the door, as we had discussed, and it only took about 3 hours. The door works perfectly, and the total price was exactly what Nick predicted, to the penny. Plus, Nick was a very nice guy who was very easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick and his company to any of my friends and family members who are looking to have a garage door installed.

Colton came out to repair a broken spring, and I decided to have my entire door rebuilt, as this came with a 10-year warranty. Colton was quick, on time, very thorough, did a great job cleaning up after he was completed, and also explained the basics and where to lubricate my door. I called you all after your biggest competitor, who installed the new garage door for me 5 years ago, was unable to come out today (same-day) for the repair. The price is fair, considering the warranty... thank you Colton!

Shane was great. Was right on time, courteous and explained everything. Immediately saw the issues (broken springs). Did a great and fast job installing everything. Came back a second time to install additional ordered part even though it technically wasn't required. Door has not worked this good. Very quiet. Thank you Shane and Thank you Precision!

I could not be more pleased with Precision Garage Door Repair. I bought a nice, new Lift Master door opener about 2 or 3 years ago and it has been great. The last couple of weeks, I noticed a high pitched, eardrum piercing squeal, so thought maybe the belt drive needed to be lubricated. The technician, Landon, came out to investigate and as it turned out, a gear was failing. So thanks to the warranty, I got a completely new door opener (with an improved quality gear), keypad and remotes at no charge. Booking the appointment online was super convenient and communication was excellent regarding confirmation and arrival time. Highly recommend.

Daniel Ritchie did a great job troubleshooting a garage door that wouldn't open. The door was new and he quickly determined that the install, done by a non-reputable, contractor, was very shoddy: nuts and bolts missing; guide track completely dry (no oil); drive underpowered for the door size and weight, wall mount component completely not working. I let the GC know that in the future they should work with reputable companies, like Precision.

After both of our garage doors were accidentally backed into and dented, I wanted to have them inspected and possibly serviced to make sure they were still safe to use. I had seen a garage door come crashing down at a friend's house because of poor maintenance and a broken component, so safety was my top priority while we figure out replacement options. Shane came out incredibly quickly, thoroughly inspected both doors, confirmed they were safe to use, and answered all of my questions about replacement options. He also took the time to explain different insulation choices that would help keep the Texas heat out, which was especially helpful. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, knowledge, and prompt service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door inspection, repair, or replacement.
