Replace two garage doors. Billy came out and met with me to order my doors. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Landon came out and installed my doors. Very professional. Neat work. He looked and acted professional. Showed me the operation of the doors, once installed. I Am very satisfied. Doors look GREAT, inside and out.

Thanks to Ashley who answered my call for assistance and to Wes for coming out to fix my garage door in record time. Call and fix on the same day. Wow, how nice. And they were super professional and friendly. Door track got bent but good by a tire turning into it while backing out of the garage. The door works like a charm now... more smoothly than before the damage, I think. Great experience and was charged a very reasonable fee! 5 stars! Thank you!

I called Precision Garage Door to repair a door sensor / photo cell that I had accidentally damaged while cleaning out my garage. They sent ******* ( Tech) out to assess that issue an I had also requested to for them to inspect the condition of two garage doors. ******* fixed the photo cell, and updated the springs on the email door as well as bearings, a shaft and guide wheels. ******* was very good to show options to improve the door function without pressuring me to do everything all at once. Overall, it a was a great experience and I plan to use Precision Door in the future when needed.

I have used Precision Garage Door a couple of times. The service is always easily and quickly scheduled. They genuinely try to fix your door the most cost effective way and do not overcharge. My garage door would not open Thursday morning when I was leaving for work. I managed to manually get the garage door open and head to work. I called Precision Garage Door of Austin at 6:30am Friday morning and was able to get an appointment scheduled at the end of the day! The technician Jeremy was very professional, efficient and friendly. Jeremy had to replace center, left and right bearings, rollers, 7 feet of torsion cable, left and right drum and the powder coated torsion spring. After Jeremy did all that in the sweltering heat he reprogrammed my clicker and I was able to put a new code on the garage door keypad as well. Thank you so much for excellent service from beginning to end. You rock Jeremy!

Shane installed two, new elite garage door openers for us. He showed up on time and installed both door openers quickly and there was no clean up required by us. Shane was also very patient and thorough with us when explaining all the bells and whistles of our new system. A true professional service. Had my garage door opener and locking system given the once over and everything was lubed and adjusted accordingly.
