It is always a relieve to work with a company & their people who give you a good vibe & feeling about whatever service is required. The spring broke on my garage door today. I called Precision. Very friendly from the initial ph call. Made a same day appointment. The GM Terry Williams called to make sure our cars weren't trapped inside the garage and updated me on the technician. The technician, Patrick called and showed up on time. Gave me 3 price options, thoroughly explained all 3. He then had everything working and in top working condition in 45 minutes. 5 Stars!

Called Precision on a Friday evening. Appointment set for 8am Monday morning and technician Nick Sager arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (a worn out drive belt after 15 yrs of use) and installed a new Linear Garage Door opener and controls. Knowledgeable, efficient, and quality work! Highly recommended.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning while my husband was out of town. I contacted Precision Garage Door early that day (after contacting other garage door companies with no response), and a few hours later, Shane was at my house to take a look at things and help me get my SUV out of the garage. He quickly assessed the problem, wrote up a quote, and returned a few days later with all the necessary parts. Our garage door is up and running again. It started with Nick Sager who came to my house. He explained to me what I needed and why. He wasn't pushy. He showed me my options. I chose insulated because of the unpredictable weather in Austin. Mickey Wheeler came to install my garage door. He did an excellent job. When he was showing me how to use the lubricant on the door, he stopped because he heard something that was a little off. He fixed it. Even working with Karen on the payment. She was a pleasure to work with while we were sorting out the financing. I would definitely use them again and I do highly recommend them.

I had my garage door serviced within one day of calling after my door suddenly decided to stop working. My technician, Shane was fantastic. He was on time, very professional in his demeanor and explained everything that needed to be fixed. Brian changed one spring on one of our two garage doors and replaced the openers on the two doors. He was very thorough and was pleasant to work with. He fully explained how the new garage door openers worked and programmed the remotes to our cars. I have had Brian and Precision do work for us in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
