My technician was Sean Murphy he immediately found the problem and explained what needed to be done and the cost. I needed my non standard garage door replaced. Called 4 installers, two never showed, one showed up, then fled the scene and wouldn’t return my calls due to the complexity of the non-standard install.i then called Precision , who showed up on time, took diligent notes of what would be required, wrote a bid, and ordered the door. Before the new door arrived, I requested my old door be removed so we could get the cars under cover for impending bad weather. The GM drove 40 miles from Austin to remove the old door. Less than two weeks pass , Landon showed up as promised, installed the new door with zero problems, deducted 100 dollars from the total bill due to parts that were not needed, and I have a new garage door! Works perfect. 100% satisfied customer from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.The Precision staff are all true professionals!

Fabulous product AND fabulous customer service! My garage door started not working on a Friday. I called and got an appointment with a technician for Saturday morning at 8am! WOW!! I was so happy - thought I was out of luck until after the weekend. The technician arrived on time - Mickey Wheeler. He was wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, explained everything he did, I could go on & on. I'll just say he was the best repair person who has ever come to my home. I did need a new garage door and I'm so pleased with it. It has a lot more bells and whistles than my 20 yr old opener had - a camera, an outside key pad, a light that reacts to motion and more. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Austin. I love my new opener and I really enjoyed the incredible service!

From beginning to end - it was a pleasure working with Precision Garage Door of Austin. I met with Michael to review my garage door issues, He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I had been having issues with my garage door, after Michael reviewed everything we ended up deciding to replace the garage door and opener. Michael completed the service order on Saturday am, and advised I should be contacted Monday for scheduling the installation. I received a text, stating that an appt was avail Tuesday and asked if this would work for me. FAST!!! Isaiah arrived within the stated window and very masterfully proceeded to replace my door and opener. Isaiah was kind, knowledgeable - very pleasant to work with. Patrick Day came out to our house right at the beginning of the scheduled window, explained everything, and go to work right away. I was so happy as our garage door stopped working late on a Saturday night. Scheduled online and got a Monday 8-10 window! I just had a garage door installed by Precision Garage Door of Austin. The technician Landon Kellogg was extremely efficient and friendly. The new door is beautiful, quiet and brightens our dark garage. Landon spent time showing how to transition to manual operation and how to do simple maintenance that will ensure quiet smooth operation. Even though it is a heavy door, the door itself is surprisingly easy to maneuver in manual mode and requires very little strength. By the way I do have a garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors of Austin. They are responsive , communicate in a timely manner and the entire installation is quick.
