I requested an appointment because the garage door started making noise as it closed. Scheduling was easy online. The technician arrived on time and was professional and personable. He inspected the door and provided diagnosis quickly and the job was completed in less than the time allotted. I am thoroughly pleased with the service provided.

Precision Garage folks are great! They were prompt in arriving and reviewing my needs. They were able to accommodate my needs for doors with a custom height. The estimate was reasonable and the time frame for installation was too. The technicians, Landon and Prospero, were thorough and professional. They explained the features of the doors and openers and answered the questions I had completely. And finally, they completed the job in one day and left my place clean! Kudos to Landon and Prospero!

had a faulty motor and even on a Saturday Josh at precision was able to not only come out and take a look at it but put in a new system that is amazingly quieter and feels a lot safer fantastic installation and support. Love everything about it.

We had Phil come out and install a garage door in our home in Austin. Prior to coming he came and did an estimate on repairs and deliver the news that the repairs were going to mount up considerably and get us into the price range for a new garage door But that was not the information that we wanted to hear it is what we expected given the age of the home was courteous, professional, and extremely thorough in the review and in the inspection report that he provided Because of Phil professionalism we opted to go with precision doors for the new garage door installation. He gave us confidence in the company and the product and we knew we were in good hands. Our garage Door installation was completed today and we could not be happier. We have little babies and dogs and safety was a primary concern with our old garage door now we Feel very safe inside our home with the new garage door. Precision hit five stars in every way possible.

Can I leave more than 5 stars? Precision did a great job from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze, and they had me on the schedule within a matter of hours. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helped me understand my options without making me feel pressured to repair more than just my springs. I'd say overall they were competitive with what I expected, so even if I ended up paying $100-200 more, it was 100% worth it for the quality of service and speed. It's obvious why they have such high ratings and I'd suggest giving them a call before calling anyone else.
