I called Precision Garage Doors for an emergency call - tenant had a garage door that broke and she was unable to get her car out. They came at the beginning of the service time and were able to resolve the issue quickly. The technician, Isaiah, had recommendations of work that would potentially need to be done in the future but wasn't necessary right now. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, promptness and pricing was ok too.

Wes came out and was able to troubleshoot the issue I was having with my garage door. He then identified some other issues I am likely to experience and provided quotes to get them fixed when that time comes. Very low pressure and efficient.

The spring broke on my garage door today. I called Precision. Very friendly from the initial ph call. Made a same day appointment. The GM Terry Williams called to make sure our cars weren't trapped inside the garage and updated me on the technician. The technician, Patrick called and showed up on time. Gave me 3 price options, thoroughly explained all 3. He then had everything working and in top working condition in 45 minutes. 5 Stars!

Called Precision on a Friday evening. Appointment set for 8am Monday morning and technician Nick Sager arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (a worn out drive belt after 15 yrs of use) and installed a new Linear Garage Door opener and controls. Knowledgeable, efficient, and quality work! Highly recommended.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning while my husband was out of town. I contacted Precision Garage Door early that day (after contacting other garage door companies with no response), and a few hours later, Shane was at my house to take a look at things and help me get my SUV out of the garage. He quickly assessed the problem, wrote up a quote, and returned a few days later with all the necessary parts. Our garage door is up and running again.
