Jeremy showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue (generally poor installation - track alignment, lubrication, etc.), and fixed it. He clearly explained what he was going to do and, after he was done, what work was performed. We settled the charge and he was on his way. While he was here and gone in under an hour, the work was carefully done. I appreciate that he was both diligent and careful.

We had a great experience with Precision. Scheduling was easy and same day service to address a broken garage door. Our tech, Shane was professional, knowledgeable and gave us various options to fix the problem. In the end, we opted for a full replacement and got better equipment than we had plus the job came in under initial estimate!! We will need a second door replaced soon and will be calling Shane back.

I have used Precision Garage Door twice now, and have had impeccable service both times. Phil Belfage was my technician today, and he did amazing work replacing my garage door opener, springs, chain, and seal at the bottom of the garage door. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Looked of the whole system, checked the wiring at the motor, cleaned, and made some minor adjustments to the sensors. He had the door operating smoothly within the hour.
