Landon was great. He showed up on time and did a quality job, including the cleanup. He removed EVERYTHING associated with the old garage doors and put in an entirely new installation. He also noticed one of the new panels was defective and said I would be contacted to replace it within 4 weeks. He showed me how everything worked, explained how a where to lubricate occasionally and even left me a can of spray lube. Update: within a few weeks, Landon came back and replaced the defective panel. He was here and let me know he was all done, before I even knew he was here. Would recommend Precision to anybody looking for repairs or a new door.

Mickey Wheeler came to our house on a Sunday morning to repair a broken garage door spring. We first noticed the broken spring on Sunday morning, and we could not easily open the door to the garage where both vehicles were trapped. Mickey completed the repair and offered us some options for upgrading to a new garage door, if we decided to do that in the future. He was very helpful and skillful.

Same day, efficient (under three hours) to replace most everything but the door but all the hardware in the door. Mickey was a great listener and presented me with options as I requested. Unbelievable 10 year warranty (new builders only lasted 5 years before everything broke on it). Extremely pleased for above reasons and more with PrecisionDoorAustin.

Precision Doors was great. Showed up next day, I knew my door was a total loss and was hanging by a s**** ******* showed up, went over everything, explained the process, and even I stalled temporary rails to hold up the door until the installer could be scheduled. To my surprise, ***** took the job same day, arrived later that evening, and removed the old door, and installed the new one within a few hours. **** was very friendly and great to deal with. ******* was also great. The quality of the door along with the warranty (parts and labor) was excellent. The new door was sturdier and alot more solid than previous, as well as the rails and framing. I would recommend Precision, and ask for ******* or ***** if you do.

Jeremy quickly and professionally identified the most cost effective way to repair a high lift garage door whose spring axle base bracket lag screws were pulling out of the wall. Another company had advised replacing the entire spring, axle, brackets, and tracks for a couple thousand dollars while Jeremy fixed it for <10% of that cost. Absolutely fantastic experience with both Precision and Jeremy!

My double bay, garage door failed to close. I called Precision Garage Door and obtained a same-day appointment. With my permission, the technician, Patrick Day, arrived 30 minutes early. He asked my input on how the door had failed. He thoroughly inspected the door and its components, looking for possible causes of the failure. After several minutes he located the cause of the failure and began corrective actions. In less than 45 minutes, the door was repaired, the overall system was tuned, a potential short in wiring was corrected, and the job was completed. Throughout the process I observed the actions of an expertly well trained technician. Thank you, Patrick, thank you Precision Garage Door of Austin. I am a pleased customer.
