I was able to get an appointment with a technician very quickly. Phil Belfrage, the tech who did the work was a real pro. He performed a major refurbish on the garage door spring, bearings, and cable within a couple of hours. Works like new now.

Mickey called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled and I agreed happily. When he arrived I demonstrated the problem I was having and he knew immediately what to do. He provided helpful information as he worked and got the adjustment done very quickly. It was all on warranty, which was very good news!

Phil B was awesome! He called before he arrived, took his time and explained everything from what caused the broken spring to the options he could provide. Once I decided what work to perform he was done before I knew it. Afterwards he went over all work performed and made sure I was satisfied and didn't have any questions. We had a bottom bracket break off of garage door that resulted in damage to the tracks Friday evening. Shane Murphy, our technician, came out yesterday morning and quickly repaired the brackets and tracks to get the door operating properly again. We will continue to use Precision Garage Door of Austin for all our needs!

Phil from Precision Garage Doors in Austin, Tx came to asses my garage door situation the day after i called on a Friday evening He was very professional. He explained what I needed and gave me two options. Precision called that Monday and set up an appointment for that Thursday. Phil return. to replace my garage door promtly at the agreed upon time. Great overall experience. Great response time. Shane Murphy was my technician and very professional. He was able to quickly identify the issue related to a broken bracket related to the raising arm on the track separating from the garage door. He provided several repair/replacement options, and the repair was completed quickly including servicing of some components. I will continue to use Precision Garage Door of Austin for all my garage door service/repair/replacement needs. Highly recommend them.

I found working with Precision was easy and fast. We originally wanted only a quote for a garage door opener but found the service fast and easy to schedule online. Our technician Stephan was great and explained the types of garage openers and the different types and what they do. We decided one the one we wanted. He worked efficiently and was done in a couple of hours and cleaned and took time to explain how everything worked. I believe for the price it was a good value.
