Very fast repair service on a late Sunday afternoon. The door came off the rails and came crashing down. Precision came to the rescue and fixed it all. Great service that I would again use.

Garage door jammed and wouldn't close on a Friday night. Late Saturday morning made an appt and three hours later, Daniel Ritchie was at the house evaluating my door. Patrick arrived in a timely manner. After examining the damage to the garage door he provided me with 3 options for repair and upgrade. I informed him of my choice and he got right to work. The work was completed and he tested the finished work and presented me with the final bill and accepted my payment. These guys are great. Got to my door within 1.5 hrs of calling them. On a Sunday. Dan Ritchie was my tech. He took off his shoes when he walked in my house. He explained the issue and finished the job within 30-40 minutes. Great experience. I will call them again if something goes wrong.

We were having issues with our garage door opener and found Precision Garage Door Service (Dripping Springs) on Google. We were pressed for time but were able to make an appointment for the same day and they arrived within two hours. Brian Rykowski was our technician. He explained that due to the age of our unit (25 years old) we would have to replace it. He quoted us a price, explained the features of the new unit, and did a removal and install within two hours. Brian was professional and courteous and after completion, explained the programming of the new unit. I have now used their service twice and highly recommend them.

Had issue with the new door opener installed. I called at 9am and there were out here by noon and resolved the issue before 1pm and at no cost.
