I've now had two excellent experiences with Precision Garage Door of Austin. Last fall Brian Rykowski did an excellent job of explaining why the door on my attached garage failed as well as why a full rebuild of the primary moving parts was needed. Financially speaking, the timing of this problem was terrible. So he offered to do a shorter term repair instead. Last week, the door on the unattached garage came off of its rail. This time I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Michael, another very knowledgeable technician. This time the exact cause was not clear but most likely due to the weak mounting of the rail which he fixed for a very reasonable price. While he was here I also had him rebuild the other door. As with Brian, he showed me everything that was done and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. Highly recommended.

Garage door would not open... Late Saturday, I called Precision Garage Door and within an hour Caleb showed-up. Just had Precision Overhead Garage Door Service out to help us out with a busted garage door. Stephen Michael was fantastic. He was able to get our springs and rollers replaced and fix the shotty repair job done by the previous owners. Precision was able to come out the same day I called and completed the repair. I only received a consultation by Precision, and the technician that came out (Wes) was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to when trying to understand the different types of garage door and systems. Even though we did not proceed with Precision (we only needed a panel replaced), we will for sure revisit the option to buy a new garage door from them, as they seem very built-to-last.

I had fast same day repair service from Brian Rykowski from Precision Garage Door of Austin for a broken garage door. He gave us our options and we went with the repair of the existing door. He replaced broken springs and cables and even fixed bolts and other parts the builder had installed wrong. He aligned and oiled everything to work better than it ever had and was done in an hour! Wonderful service and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Jeremy knocked it out of the park. Thanks Jeremy. Happy with the unit Jeremy installed. Very happy to see a garage door opener with a steel latch vs. the cheap plastic installed by the builder to save a few dollars. The camera on the unit was an unexpected surprise. Jeremy sold me when he suggested Lift Master. I like my other unit, only drawback I have had is I had to replace the backup battery - cheap at amazon.

After over 20 years the door needed replacing and from the sales staff to the installation, the process was quick, upfront and professional. After having an awful experience with another company, Precision was awesome. Tech Caleb called twice to let me know when he would arrive. He looked at the door, told us what needed to be done and gave me a price breakdown before starting. He was also very personable. I will call you again for service.
