The spring on our garage door broke so we called Precision. Of course this always happens right at closing time. An appointment window was set for early the next morning, and Jeremy called me when he was in route. Jeremy was great!!! He was very knowledgeable, surveyed the situation, and gave me two options. Both options with pricing and all details of the jobs were discussed. Jeremy was very kind, patient , and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner paying attention to doing it right the first time! I would not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Our entire experience with Precision Garage Door was phenomenal. They reached out to me within 24 hours of my appointment request (non-emergency) and had a spot open the same day. Sean gave me a call when he was on the way and arrived right in the appointment window. He gave an honest, detailed assessment of the issues with our garage doors and made some repairs on the spot that improved things dramatically. Sean also spent some time going over what to watch for going forward and how to best maintain the doors to get the most life out of them. We will absolutely call Precision again!

I called them late Wed afternoon and they had an opening for noon on Thursday. The technician, Shane, was right on time. He didn't really think the opener needed to be replaced right away and in fact did not pressure me to spend the money. But he had the parts in his truck, the opener was 15 years old and was very noisy. Feels like one of the best purchases I've made recently. The new opener is a huge improvement.

They installed my large/wide/heavy door in a high quality manner. In the two years since they have provided very prompt, very courteous, very successful service on a handful of issues. Last night I called in an issue about 8 pm, got an appointment for the next morning, they showed up on time, fixed the problem and covered it under warranty.

I had to have both my 20 year old garage doors replaced. Precision delivered excellent customer service from the first appointment to installation. Caleb who came out and assessed the doors and Landon who ultimately installed them were stellar. Fast service (same day as I called) and empathetic technician. Patrick Day looked at my garage door, asked a few questions, saw the issue and said, yea, you probably want a new door - hahahahaha I kinda thought the same thing so we figured out what door would best fit my home, ordered it and then he put a new hinge on (no charge) to get me through the next few weeks until my new door can be installed. He even adjusted the opener to raise the door to the proper level (again no charge). I didn't know that was a problem, but its solved now!

I recently had my garage door's spring collapse and trap my car inside my garage. Precision was able to get someone out to my house the next day after I called them and I was able to get the problem solved without much issue at all. The technician they sent, Sean, was excellent and very professional. He taught me a lot about how the garage door operates and helped me find the best option within my budget to fix the problem and prevent future ones. And he did all of this in about an hour! My garage door opener died after that big storm we had a couple of weeks ago and I called precision they responded the day I called and had a guy at my house the next day explain exactly what happened what went wrong and had a new machine installed in under an hour and it works and looks beautiful.
