Fast and friendly service, were able to help me on a weekend where my garage door broke and my vehicle was essentially trapped in the garage. Wonderful experience. I called Precision garage door yesterday and had a Technician come out the next morning. Very pleased with technician Sean. He did a great job explaining the possible problems that could be causing the door to not close randomly. He also discovered an issue with the initial install that could have contributed to the problem.

Service workers came out within 24 hours of call and received 30 minute "on the way" phone call. Both men were very professional and described options with quotes that included tax/labor/etc so we knew exactly what the total would be. The quote and full repair were completed in less than 2 hours! The repair truck was apparently fully stocked with all necessary equipment so they did not need to leave for extra parts or for any other reason. Very efficient and high quality repair. Highly recommend this company!

Called over the weekend for an emergency repair, someone showed up on Sunday to look at it, ordered the door and a week later they installed it, fast and clean, the installer was courteous and clean. I do recommend them.
