Isaiah showed up on time, which I love. He was very professional and knew what the problem areas were very quickly and offered a few solutions. He was able to address the problems on the spot and was finished in an hour. It was an amazing experience.

Precision was recommended by a neighbor when the door came off of its rollers, and would not close as my wife was leaving for work. The came out the next morning. My technician was Sean, and he was here at the time scheduled, called when he was close, so we were aware, and was both friendly and professional. With regard to the repair, he was able to fix it while he was here, and offered 3 price options (just get it working, replace the minimum possible, and full repair (which came with a warranty). I was very pleased with the service and recommended them without reservation

Precision replaced my 15 year old garage doors in July 2022 at my home in Austin, TX. They made design selection straight forward, pricing transparent, and install went fast and smoothly. Today, roughly a year and a half later one of the doors threw an error code and was unable to close. Isaiah, my Precision technician, was at my house and done with the repair in less than 2 HOURS, the same day we experienced the issue. Charge for the repair?....ZERO dollars under warranty. I'm now a life long Precision customer and will be recommending them to anyone who is thinking about upgrading their garage doors.

Our garage door suddenly went off kilter last (Friday) night. I reached out to Precision at about 10 p.m., and was able to get an appointment scheduled for this (Saturay) morning between 10-12. Stephen Michael showed up on time, and promptly and professionally fixed our garage door for a reasonable price. Very happy with how this all went--I was expecting this to be a big hassle. We experienced a complete failure of the lifting system (old springs literally exploded) Door was jammed...could not move it. Precision Door had installed a new opener about 18months ago and handily put a huge decal with their service number on right below the main switch. They came out within 3 hours of our "emergency" call. The fix was easy...new door. The how and when it could be done got complicated.The tech was great in handling the problem...got his boss Shaun on the phone and I was able to work out the details of color and a rather complicated install after about 20 minutes. In two days Precision Door had our new door installed. It is not how difficult the problem is...it is the PEOPLE who work it...come up with a solution....and then implement the fix. Precision Door's staff is just oustanding. Don't look anywhere else...just buy from them!! John Rush
