OMG! Thank you so much for such a quiet garage door and opener! Now I can sneak out of the house without anyone knowing I've left! JUST KIDDING! The new garage door opener that I purchased has a camera so I'll get busted by my wife! Long story short major kudos to LANDON KELLOGG and the phone staff who helped guide me to the day of inspection for the proper door and garage door opener. Everyone is so knowledgeable, supper professional and friendly. Back to Landon, supper precise and structured method of installing the door and opener, I mean wow! One thing I didn't like was the one bead of sweat Landon left that I managed to see drying on the otherwise clean driveway, other than that I couldn't tell anyone was there. So darn tidy! So darn professional I have nothing bad to say. He is the Jason Statham of garage door install action stars! Landon installed and tested the door and opener without a hitch. I mean no hiccups at all. He then showed me how everything worked and off into the sunset, just kidding, it was still early and he had a couple of other jobs to do. Anyways, thank you Landon and all of the people who help make my garage door issue so easy. I intentionally waited so long to write this review to give the most honest thoughts on the products. This fantastic experience began in early December 12, 2021 with my first visit of inspection to decide on what I needed on December 13, 2021. The date of the install was on January 10, 2022 with a two hour install time. Precision Garage Door of Austin 5 STARS!

I was given a 2-hour block of time for the repairman to come out. He called 18 minutes before that window to give me a more precise time. He arrived. I scheduled an inspection and was considering a replacement because the door kept failing. He repaired it and did a quick tune-up free of charge. In and out in ~40 minutes. Easily within my 2-hour window. I'll keep them in mind if we end up going the full replacement route.

Prompt. Solid work. Polite. Business runs like a well oiled machine. Had the spring on my garage door break. Called Precision, they offered to come out the same day, give me an estimate, and fix (if possible). The repairman arrived at the start of the 2 hr window (rarely happens), gave me an estimate for both the spring replacement and recommended upgrades (2 springs on a double door, stainless steel pulley cables, replacing the wheels, 5 year warranty). Though a little pricey, the upgrades made sense. Service was completed with time to spare. Technician was very competent. Would use again.

Precision Garage Door provides the best service. Had new doors installed after a garage fire. It's great when the technician knows exactly how to fix a problem before he ever gets to the site. The tech. Brian, fixed the problem I was aware of but additionally performed a complete review of the garage door. He suggested several repairs that would enhance the life of the door. The garage door now performs significantly better than before.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door and in particular my installer Nick Sager. He called to confirm what unit I wanted installed, and let me know when he was on his way...which was at the beginning of the time window I was given. Once at my house, he was efficient and professional about the inspection and install. I had one support question a few days later and he was quick to get an answer for me. I'm 100% satisfied and will be recommending Precision to me friends and neighbors.

Our garage door broke after 5pm on Friday. I called the local office, and they were able to get us in first thing Saturday morning. The technician, Shane, came out, gave me several solutions based on what I was open to spending, and fixed the problem right away. Would highly recommend for routine or emergency service.

I am so impressed with Precision! From the time I requested a quote, to getting an email to schedule a consult, to getting the door order, to scheduling the install: Precision Door has been so easy to work with. They have wonderful customer service! Kudos to Celina who scheduled the install and then called me first thing this morning to let me know the installer who was assigned to me had a serious issue with his work truck. She asked if they could come between 2pm to 4pm. I said absolutely. I did call after 4pm because I hadn't heard from anyone and Celina called to let me know they were still coming just delayed. I got a call shortly after that to say they were enroute. They guys worked fast and efficiently. Went over all the high tech things and showed me how to use the app. Thank you Precision Door for your wonderful service today!

Ran into a garage issue and needed to be able to solve the situation quickly. I called around on a sunday with no one answering and Precision Garage Door answered and came out to make an assessment super fast. Nick Sager kept things honest and listened to all my intake on budgets. He is an awesome technician that quickly took care of what was needed. Our garage door broke its spring on a Thursday afternoon. I called Precision at about 3PM and they were able to get a technician out by noon the next day. Jeremy explained that a single spring was not really strong enough for the door. He installed two springs and new cables; work took about an hour and everything is working perfectly again. Plus, it's a lot quieter than it was before! Would definitely call this company again.

Our garage door hasn't been closing properly for at least a year and it's been driving my wife nuts. When she mentioned it for the 250th time recently I knew it was time to take action! Precision Garage Door of Austin was my first call. The tech came out the next day, replaced a couple brackets, made some adjustments and everything works well again. The issue was fixed in less than 24 hours of my initial call and the price was very reasonable. If my other garage door starts acting up for a year or more, I'll be sure and call these good folks again.

I called earlier in the week and made an appointment for February 12 with a n 8-10 a.m. window. I received several texts and emails previous to the appointment as reminders. On the morning of the appointment, I received a text and email telling me the technician was on his way. The text included the name(Patrick) and a picture of the technician. He soon after called to say he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. He arrived in that amount of time, told us what our options were and said it would take an hour or so. He did the work immediately, instructed us on how to use the new equipment, took payment and was on his way. Patrick was very professional and polite throughout the appointment. He left no mess for us to clean up. Took all the old parts with him. A very good experience.
