It was easy book an appt online, their availability was quick, and they were able to come out on a Sunday. The technician, Phil, was very professional, walked thru all my concerns with me, serviced my door and opener, and then walked thru everything he did.

I called Precision after the spring snapped on our garage door. They were very accommodating with scheduling a time for a technician to come out. The technician, Patrick D., called 30 minutes prior to the appointment time to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. After doing his inspection, he went over all of my options and explained them well. When the financial matters were settled, he got right to work. He told me it would take him about an hour, which surprised me for the amount of work he'd be doing. It was installing 2 new springs, both bearing end plates, both cables, all of the rollers, and lubricating all joints on a 2 car door. He is efficient at his job, because he was done in about an hour! Overall, it was a great experience and I would use Precision again in the future.
