Our garage door spring broke tonight just as we sat down for dinner. As we assessed the situation we had to have this fixed tonight. We called and requested emergency repairs and the company sent Joshua. He arrived, assessed the situation and repaired our garage door. Joshua was informative and educated us thoroughly. He was considerate and had a great attitude while he worked. We are very grateful to Joshua and his expertise.

My great experience started with the moment I called to make an appointment for someone to come out here . The young lady that answered the phone was friendly , and very customer oriented . I was able to get an appointment the same day for a consultant to come out here to give me an estimate on garage doors . The technician, Billy, was wonderful . He was friendly , and above all very knowledgeable about the product . He should be teaching classes on how to interact with customers . He is a wonderful asset to your company . Needed a door replacement, my previous door was installed by a Fly by Night company, & for a while the door worked well, but after a while so many things were going wrong (misalignment, the door wasn't sitting flush when closed..) So I decided to bite the bullet & get a new one... I couldn't be happier with the install... Prospero got the new door in place in a few hours, we synched up the garage door with the new & old garage door openers along with the functions on my Subaru.. we also go the MyQ app online & working with no issues... My suggestion to people is don't go on the cheap (you get what you pay for), My install was top notch quality! Oh I love the LED lighting (so nice!); & we spent some time with regular maintenance on the door.... I'm so happy with the install & cleanup afterwards.. I couldn't asked for a better installation., Thanks y'all Gilbert

Patrick Day was the tech who came to my home today to assess the health of my garage door. The door as displaying erratic behavior lately. Turned out my old motor could no longer handle the new insulated door installed last April. So, I agreed to replace the old with a stronger new, and boy! Am I glad I did! Thank you, Patrick/Precision, for taking care of my situation and explaining everything clearly. The new motor and controls are awesome.
