Great service by *******. We called on a Sunday morning and scheduled for ****. I told the operator that he could come earlier if available. He was here at 11:15! Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. We will have them back for a different door repair/refurbish in the near future.

Caleb Skaggs was an amazing technician and so personable. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and did just an awesome job in fixing the issue with our garage door opener. Would highly recommend him to anyone. He was absolutely the best technician we could have gotten. If you're lucky enough to get him as the technician to come out and address the issues with your garage door opener then its your lucky day. Its rare these days to find someone so good with amazing customer service skills and that truly loves the services that he provides. He does his best to get you the best service that you really need to fix your issues.

Precision did an excellent job!! Micky Wheeler gave me a heads up by phone that he was on his way and then arrived right on time to start work repairing my garage door. He took down the old door, put up the new door and explain to me how to maintain the new door by lubricating it. I give this technician and this company, my very strongest recommendation. The work was done as agreed, and on time I am very satisfied with the work was done. Mr. Wheeler cleaned up, asked me if I had any questions and let me know how to contact him or the company if I needed any help I was particularly impressed with the four year warranty that was included with the installation. Very pleased. Caleb came out and assessed our situation (brand-new installation) and found various problems that would make an installation problematic, like a too- low ceiling and incorrect track placement by the builder. We discussed a couple of not-optimal workarounds and in the end decided to forego the project. I really appreciated Caleb's honesty and professionalism. Would definitely call on Precision again.

We opted to go with replacing our system and the work was completed in less than 2 hrs

lady that called to set up appointment was super friendly. Was given window of 12 to 2. Tech called at 10:30 and said he could come early. Yes! explained my options, told him to install new unit, had it done in an hour. Showed me how to work everything, programmed the digital code thing for me. Excellent service! would highly recommend.
