Mr. Keegan Williams explained the options that I had very clearly and was very courteous throughout the entire process. He had a mask on the entire time during the meeting and while installing the door. The replacement of my old garage door was done highly efficient and everything was cleaned up and removed. I received notices when the door was available and when the technician was on his way. All was done very professionally.

Jeremy came out to fix a broken spring on a heavy double door. He gave us a call to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived on time. Conducted a full analysis of the door and gave us very easy to understand options. After choosing what we wanted to have done, he got right to work and got it done. We have had questionable garage door service in the past, but I would highly recommend Jeremy and Precision Garage Door.

My experience with Precision is how every house service call should go. 1) Someone answers the phone on a Sunday, appointment booked for the next day. 2) They show up early, review the issue with you, and provide solutions. 3) They finish the work in a shorter amount of time than they anticipated. 4) Throughout the entire process, they are friendly and laugh at your stupid joles. Called yesterday to set up an appointment to have our garage door fixed since it was opening and closing sporadically. They were able to get me an appointment this morning and were super friendly to speak with on the phone. We received a text when the tech was on his way along with a pic of him for safety/verification of who to expect which I thought was pretty cool. He arrived within the timeframe they promised yesterday and got the work done quickly, efficiently and correctly. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair our door without trying to sell us on other things we may or may not need. This is the 2nd time using them after we had issues 3 years ago and unfortunately needed them a 2nd time today. They left a lasting impression to go back to them and them only. I highly recommend!

The spring broke on my garage door on Saturday with ambient temperature 104 degrees. Jeremy Malek came right over and replaced it and added a brace and new rollers. He was efficient and cheerful in spite of the heat. I would recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin without reservation and will call them again when needed.
