I've now had two excellent experiences with Precision Garage Door of Austin. Last fall Brian Rykowski did an excellent job of explaining why the door on my attached garage failed as well as why a full rebuild of the primary moving parts was needed. Financially speaking, the timing of this problem was terrible. So he offered to do a shorter term repair instead. Last week, the door on the unattached garage came off of its rail. This time I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Michael, another very knowledgeable technician. This time the exact cause was not clear but most likely due to the weak mounting of the rail which he fixed for a very reasonable price. While he was here I also had him rebuild the other door. As with Brian, he showed me everything that was done and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. Highly recommended.

Our service technician was Jeremy. He was excellent! He took the time to go over everything that I questioned and more. He was friendly, responsive, did excellent maintenance work and was on time. I highly recommend Precision and Jeremy.

Billy showed up on time and helped me fix the garage door. He went out of his way to help me get the plastic cover off the door, secured the garage door and took pictures all in 5 minutes. Garage door would not open... Late Saturday, I called Precision Garage Door and within an hour Caleb showed-up. Incredible optimism, professionalism and had a fantastic customer relationship skill-set! I can't say enough great things about our experience with Caleb and Precision Garage Door of Austin. After describing the features of a new opener, he provided an estimated time for installation and completed the work timely. Brian was courteous and efficient!

Just had Precision Overhead Garage Door Service out to help us out with a busted garage door. Stephen Michael was fantastic. He was able to get our springs and rollers replaced and fix the shotty repair job done by the previous owners. Precision was able to come out the same day I called and completed the repair. I would absolutely recommend their service and want to thank Stephen for his excellent work and his commitment to excellence.

I only received a consultation by Precision, and the technician that came out (Wes) was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to when trying to understand the different types of garage door and systems. Even though we did not proceed with Precision (we only needed a panel replaced), we will for sure revisit the option to buy a new garage door from them, as they seem very built-to-last.

I had fast same day repair service from Brian Rykowski from Precision Garage Door of Austin for a broken garage door. He gave us our options and we went with the repair of the existing door. He replaced broken springs and cables and even fixed bolts and other parts the builder had installed wrong. He aligned and oiled everything to work better than it ever had and was done in an hour! Wonderful service and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Jeremy knocked it out of the park. Thanks Jeremy. Happy with the unit Jeremy installed. Very happy to see a garage door opener with a steel latch vs. the cheap plastic installed by the builder to save a few dollars. The camera on the unit was an unexpected surprise. Jeremy sold me when he suggested Lift Master. I like my other unit, only drawback I have had is I had to replace the backup battery - cheap at amazon.
