Our garage door suddenly went off kilter last (Friday) night. I reached out to Precision at about 10 p.m., and was able to get an appointment scheduled for this (Saturay) morning between 10-12. Stephen Michael showed up on time, and promptly and professionally fixed our garage door for a reasonable price. Very happy with how this all went--I was expecting this to be a big hassle. Thanks to Precision, it was simple!

Unfotjunately ou did too good a job in this instance. While your tech (name unknown)was in transit to our home, I found my lost opener. Unfortunately, he was there and finished his job before II ,could contac him, so now I guess I have a spare. Would certainly use your services again.

We experienced a complete failure of the lifting system (old springs literally exploded) Door was jammed...could not move it. Precision Door had installed a new opener about 18months ago and handily put a huge decal with their service number on right below the main switch. They came out within 3 hours of our "emergency" call. The fix was easy...new door. The how and when it could be done got complicated.The tech was great in handling the problem...got his boss Shaun on the phone and I was able to work out the details of color and a rather complicated install after about 20 minutes. In two days Precision Door had our new door installed. It is not how difficult the problem is...it is the PEOPLE who work it...come up with a solution....and then implement the fix. Precision Door's staff is just oustanding. Don't look anywhere else...just buy from them!! John Rush

I had both of my garage doors replaced after 25 years. The technician, Shane Murphy, came out and made the initial assessment and provided me with a detailed estimate. It took about three weeks for the new doors, rails and other hardware to come in, but it was well worth the wait. Shane also did the installation. He is such a pro! He worked diligently for several hours to make sure that everything was just right. I am more than pleased and I highly recommend Shane and Precision Garage Door of Austin.

Great, easy, no nonsense experience from the initial visit thru install. Our 30+ year old garage doors were in really bad shape. Patrick showed up the same day we requested an estimate and did a great job going thru the different options from fixing to replacement. We went ahead and did a complete tear out, replacement. Patrick was able to show us what the different doors would look like virtually on a picture of our garage. Very efficient, no pressure sales. When the doors came in Precision called the week before to schedule. Landon showed up on time and went to work. I was wondering how 1 person could manage the job by themselves, but it was no problem at all. I guess when you've been installing doors for so long it is no big deal. Doors worked great, and everything was cleaned up. Landon took some time to show some of the door features and made sure we were completely satisfied. It was a really good experience from start to finish.
