Jeremy from Precision came to my house. He was very courteous and professional. He took pictures of the issue with my door and told me that the piece was being requested and would be replaced as soon as it was available. He adjusted an area on the door. It was a quick but thorough visit. I was quite pleased.

Outstanding service provided by Stephen. He was extremely professional, and knowledgeable.He was able to diagnose the problem with our garage door not being able to open, then repair, and replace the necessary parts, all in a very timely manner. We had a structural issue with our stand alone double garage door. Precision had fixed our attached garage door quickly and quite nicely during the pandemic, so it was easy to call them back for this issue. It took 2 days and quite a bit of concrete removal, but Michael persevered and our garage door and those driving in and out of it are now secure. Precision offers quality, craftsmanship and integrity, words that not everyone associates with garage door companies.

I called a different garage door repair company with great reviews, they set an appointment for the next day between 2-4pm and never showed up no communication at all. I went on Precision garage door website and booked an appointment for the next day between 12-2. I got an email confirming my appointment, the person coming out name Caleb called me at noon letting me know he was on his way, I received a text message from them with a picture of Caleb so I knew what he looked like. Caleb Skaggs was great!! very polite and knowledgeable and was able to fix my door same day and the value was great. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, great communication and very professional.

My garage doors took some hail damage and need to be replaced is why I contacted Precision Garage Doors. Billy made a professional call the day of the appointment to let me know he was ahead of schedule which was nice..He arrived and assest the doors with me and was great at explaining options and costs..He was easy to deal with and transparent which made for a really nice and quick appointment..Most deffenitlly a good start to doing buisness with the company..Will post again in the future to follow up with the results..

Caleb came this time to install a new keypad, and he was the one who installed my new garage door years ago. You can't beat that! Great guy.
