I could not recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin more. The spring broke on our garage on a Sunday four hours prior to a family reunion and we were trapped. I called Precision and they sent Shane Murphy, our technician, to the house. Shane was incredibly clear on the issue we were having, very transparent on pricing and completed the spring repair in less time than he quoted us. Shane was excellent and Precision was excellent to deal with. Thank you guys very much.

Shane did a great job replacing the broke spring on our garage door. He also found a support bracket that was broken and replaced that as well. Whole process was under an hour. He also lube the door and verified everything was working correctly before he left. Was glad we purchased the best warranty they offered 7 years ago only had to pay the labor cost for replacing the spring. Great customer service.

These folks are the best around. They were able to schedule my repai within a couple hours of my request. Shane showed up right on time, got the job done (full spring bar replacement and other stuff) in about an hour and charged a very fair price for outstanding quality parts and labor. I definitely recommend!

I just had a Shane from Precision come and he gave such an honest assessment, told me exactly what was wrong, even offered to waive the service fee so that I could get quotes from other companies on the needed fix. He really seemed to want to get me the best result. In the end, he did the fix and it turned out great - I feel like we've gotten a big upgrade on our garage door!

Patrick was out to fix a broken spring back in April. There was a defect in the replacement spring and it broke again in Sept. Patrick came back out and the entire process was fantastic. No fault of Precision on the faulty spring, but they handled it as their problem and were quick to identify and fix the problem. Great people and great company.
