Great service. I called at 10pm and they had someone out to me by 8am the next morning. Stephen Michael was great and fixed the issue immediately while clearly explaining what happened. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

Our garage door wouldn’t work. I had tried all the ways listed to fix the problem and I got nowhere. Jeremy Malek called and came early to an appointment just about an hour after I had called to report the problem (which thrilled me after a long hard day). He was able to do in seconds what I had been trying to do for over 45 minutes. Like magic my garage door was working again. Jeremy was very kind to me and didn’t make me feel stupid since he was able to so quickly fix the problem, the one that I had been trying to do all afternoon. He was so knowledgeable and professional, too! He made me feel valued as a customer and offered to come back anytime I needed help.

Had the pleasure of working with Jeremy M. this afternoon. My garage door has been on the fritz for awhile, turned out to be a control board. We decided on a replacement unit and he went right to work on getting it installed. All this while the area was getting the biggest thunder storm we’ve seen in awhile. Brian has experience and photos for my tornado wind and hail dents almost broken thru the backside of garage. They will rust break and prevent door from rolling over track to open and close. Definitely replacement or home is devalued! Nice person and sending me painter info to match the house as previous manner. I buy paint. Reasonable price. Thank you.

Nick Sager of Precision Garage Door of Austin knows what he is doing. I had sensor problems with my remote not working properly for it to open my garage door. Nick evaluated the problem, fixed the wall unit, adjusted the sensors and refurbished the wires, all in 20 minutes. Nick was on time, courteous and professional in approach and gave me various options re: garage doors and openers for future needs. I would highly recommend this business for all garage door needs.

I am so happy that I made an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Austin. We are at the beginning stage, but just the free consultation with Billy was a breath of fresh air. Learning that the builder did not install the garage door correctly and the issues we have been having with it is not user error was validating. The kind free help to get our garage door down was a nice bit of customer service for a free consultation. I haven't run across this with other vendors so I am very excited to hire them to correct our garage door problem. Consider this phase one of the review. More to come.

Hit the garage with my car. The service man came out and explained he could not fix the issue due to the proprietary method originally used. He actually recommended another place to call. He stayed while I call them and told me what to say. He was super nice and guided me through what I should do. Then he waived the 75 service fee for coming out and did not charge me. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. What a great service technician. I would hire this company anytime.

I had a spring and cable break on a Sunday afternoon. Precession was easy to book an appointment with and they were on site by 9am Monday. As part of my confirmation I received a link that shared a bio and picture of my technician. It was comforting to know they take pride in who the send to you. Shane got right to work and gave me three options of service and the cost. I did end up choosing the most expensive and comprehensive fix, but the prices were reasonable from what I remember the last time I had a similar issue. Shane walked through the repair and gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of my garages door opener and simple things to do to keep the wheels and pulleys working smooth. I will use them again when my other spring breaks on my second door.
