Caleb did an exceptional job responding to our service request. He tried to troubleshoot a failing motor and we ended up deciding to move forward with an upgraded replacement. Shane (technician) from Precision was excellent. I received timely communications when he was on the way, and he answered every question I threw at him about our garage doors, what to expect (down the road), and what to keep an eye on. He walked me through available options for repair, maintenance, and replacement. Nothing felt pushy (at all), he simply shared information and answered my questions. I would use them again and recommend Shane and Precision to anyone.

I used Precision Garage Door in my previous home in North Austin, so when my garage door jumped the track in my new house in Dripping Springs, I scheduled an appointment for the repair online. The website was excellent, and I was given many options for my service appointment. There is a $75 service fee plus any additional parts that may be needed. My repair tech was Stephen Michael, and a picture of him was texted to me before the appointment (I appreciate that). He called me when He was about 20 minutes away. Stephen was very professional and quickly fixed my issue. The doors run like a dream now. Additionally, Stephen spent 20 minutes going over simple maintenance tips to keep the door well-oiled and running smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend it!

Called Precision Garage Door after accidentally backing into our garage door; after which the door would not open or close. Their service technician (Joshua) was at our home within a couple hours. Joshua did a thorough evaluation of the damage and quickly found that the cable on the right-side of the garage door had been displaced and that is why the door did not open or close properly. Joshua quickly disconnected the garage door from the Liftmaster door opener, released the cable from the bottom of the garage door, reloaded the cable onto the pulley, and then reattached the cable to the bottom of the garage door. After reconnecting the garage door to the door opener, the garage door opened and closed perfectly. Joshua was great! He was very thorough, professional, and customer focused. Given the quick response to our call for service, the time it took to fix the garage door, and the professional manner in which Joshua addressed the problem, the cost for the repair was very fair. We will again use Precision Garage Door for any future service needs.

Our garage broke (in a pretty catastrophic way) on a Saturday. We made a same day appointment for 2 hours later. Stephen Michael showed up quickly, communicated well, fixed everything, all for a reasonable price. I don’t often write reviews but expectations were exceeded.

I contacted Precision Garage Door after a quick search online. The company had great reviews from previous customers. Their team was quick to respond and easy to set an appointment with. Fortunately, no significant problems were discovered with my garage door. Jeremy was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. ******* was very clear explaining options available for minimal repair to restore basic functions of my door opener and more extensive repairs to improve overall functioning of the door, Given the age of the opener, I chose upgrading the older components. The difference in the doors operation is clear and should avoid more problems in the near future.
