Brian Rykowski with Precision Garage Door of Austin was vary professional and polite. Looked of the whole system, checked the wiring at the motor, cleaned, and made some minor adjustments to the sensors. He had the door operating smoothly within the hour. I would highly recommend Brian and Precision for any garage door repair or replacement.

We had a problem with a sticking door and our service technician, Shane Murphy diagnosed the problem and made the necessary adjustment. He also serviced both of our doors, showed us where we might have future problem, and provided us with estimates for future repairs and service. I requested that Precision Garage Door come out to install a new garage door opener and it turned out that there was a bit more work needed. I appreciated how Brian went through everything with me and allowed me to make the choices that best met my needs. After making the decisions on best ways to proceed, Brian took the time to do the work from start to finish. It's great that all the parts that are needed are stocked on the truck! I really like Percision Door Company. Today I have a new garage door that looks great! A call to Precision at noon on a holiday weekend was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Three hours later a service person, Joshua Surfus was at our door ready to fix our garage door. We did end of replacing the door and that was done in a timely manner. Precision was recommended by two friends. I will be recommending to friends in the future.

My home was damaged by hail in 2023. It took me a while to get my roof replaced because of the solar panel. So it took a while before I could get around to replacing the garage door. The garbage susatined damage and had multiple brokenwindows. As luck would have it I needed a custom garage door. I called several companies to get quotes but this one was recommended by my next-door neighbor. I stopped the technicoan while he was installing my neighbors new garage door and asked him about the process. I called to make an appointment, someone came over and gave me a quote and I ordered the custom door. They explained the process explained what was gonna happen next. The day of the installation came and the gentleman that came was on time, quick, quiet and efficient. He showed me how to apply the oil to the door and told me what frequency I should do it. He allowed me to videotape him doing it so I could remember what parts need to be oiled and he told me about the service they provide. I have social anxiety, but the process was smooth and I felt very comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was professional,everything they told me was accurate. There were no errors in the pricing. My neighborhood has an HOA and they were able to match the old door pretty closely to ensure I remained in compliance. I highly recommend them and if I ever have need of the service again, I would use them in the future.
