Phillip was able to come out within an hour on a Sunday morning to fix a sensor problem with my door opener. Within a few minutes my problem was fixed. Super service.

Phil Belfrage was my technician and was able to meet my expectation. He solved my sensor misalignment issue and installed a new wall LiftMaster 98022. He was courteous and professional and patient with me despite having additional jobs (I'm sorry for whoever came after me and hogging Phil!). Precision Garage Door happened to be one of the few companies that seems like they've been around for awhile and was able to install the LiftMaster model I was looking at. I personally feel comfortable with Phil being my technician in the future if I decide to ever upgrade my garage door to a more insulated door.

Phil was awesome! He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me in detail on the repair/new installation. Your company met my expectations all the way. CGR did not meet my expectations when I originally contacted them on 3/19. Contacted them on 3/26 when we had the issue again and they never called me back.
