While I ultimately chose another company due to pricing, I can't say enough good things about Precision Garage Door of Austin, particularly their salesperson Billy Tackett. Seamless Scheduling: Scheduling an appointment was a breeze through their website, with an immediate email confirmation. Excellent Communication: They impressed me further by sending an email and text on the appointment day informing me Billy was on his way, complete with a live location link! Professional Presentation: Billy arrived promptly and looked sharp in clean, professional attire. Detailed Consultation: He didn't just discuss options; he presented samples with various colors and even used an amazing augmented reality app to show me a realistic image of how different doors would look on my garage. Transparency and Follow-Up: The same day, I received a detailed estimate from Billy, including a breakdown of the premium parts included. Overall, his attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, without a hint of pushy sales tactics. Big Company, Big Selection: It's clear Precision Garage Door of Austin is a substantial operation, offering doors from a variety of manufacturers. While I can't speak to their installation or workmanship firsthand, everything I experienced suggested a high level of quality. If you're looking for a top-notch garage door experience and prioritize premium parts, Precision Garage Door of Austin is definitely worth considering.

Making an appt with Precision Garage Door was fast and easy. They even have same day appointments. Nick Sager arrived on time. He is very kind and personable. He took his time to not only explain the problem, but showed me what to look for and how to manage it until my new garage door arrives. I highly recommend Precision and Nick.

Caleb was fantastic! He was here on schedule, was extremely polite & professional and did an excellent job fixing everything that was wrong with both of my garage doors. I will definitely have him back out in the event there are any problems in the future. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of working with Jeremy M. this afternoon. My garage door has been on the fritz for awhile, turned out to be a control board. We decided on a replacement unit and he went right to work on getting it installed. All this while the area was getting the biggest thunder storm we’ve seen in awhile. Our garage door wouldn’t work. I had tried all the ways listed to fix the problem and I got nowhere. Jeremy Malek called and came early to an appointment just about an hour after I had called to report the problem (which thrilled me after a long hard day). He was able to do in seconds what I had been trying to do for over 45 minutes. Like magic my garage door was working again. Jeremy was very kind to me and didn’t make me feel stupid since he was able to so quickly fix the problem, the one that I had been trying to do all afternoon. He was so knowledgeable and professional, too! He made me feel valued as a customer and offered to come back anytime I needed help.

Brian has experience and photos for my tornado wind and hail dents almost broken thru the backside of garage. They will rust break and prevent door from rolling over track to open and close. Definitely replacement or home is devalued! Nice person and sending me painter info to match the house as previous manner. I buy paint. Reasonable price. Thank you.

Nick Sager of Precision Garage Door of Austin knows what he is doing. I had sensor problems with my remote not working properly for it to open my garage door. Nick evaluated the problem, fixed the wall unit, adjusted the sensors and refurbished the wires, all in 20 minutes. Nick was on time, courteous and professional in approach and gave me various options re: garage doors and openers for future needs. I would highly recommend this business for all garage door needs.

I had a great experience using Precision Garage Door. Online booking was easy & Michael called when he was on his way. Michael was friendly and explained the problem along with several options to fix it. Once he was finished, he explained basic maintenance tips to prevent further issues. I'm happy I chose Precision for my repairs and would highly recommend them.

Wes from Precision Garage Doors was professional and efficient. He dropped by on a Saturday with a truck full of parts and had my door spring and bearings repaired in just over an hour. He explained what happened, what my repairs options were and then got to work. I’m very happy with the results.

I am so happy that I made an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Austin. We are at the beginning stage, but just the free consultation with Billy was a breath of fresh air. Learning that the builder did not install the garage door correctly and the issues we have been having with it is not user error was validating. The kind free help to get our garage door down was a nice bit of customer service for a free consultation. I haven't run across this with other vendors so I am very excited to hire them to correct our garage door problem. Consider this phase one of the review. More to come.

Phil Belfrage for precision garage door of Austin showed up and evaluated my problem and then worked out a cost that I was comfortable with and repaired my door in a quick, professional manner. he said explainer all my options in clear manner and then we came up with the best solution for me.
