Not only was he professional and efficient, completing the job in just 15-20 minutes, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail. My great experience started with the moment I called to make an appointment for someone to come out here . The young lady that answered the phone was friendly , and very customer oriented . I was able to get an appointment the same day for a consultant to come out here to give me an estimate on garage doors . The technician, Billy, was wonderful . He was friendly , and above all very knowledgeable about the product . He should be teaching classes on how to interact with customers . He is a wonderful asset to your company .
