2/11/2024 – Awesome experience. Shane came to address an issue (on a Sunday) with our garage door. After a quick inspection he explained the problem most likely was not with the opener and probably electrical. He was super knowledgeable and courteous. Plus, didn’t take advantage of a situation where we could have paying for work that didn’t need to be done. We’ve used Precision in the past and certainly will call them again, if we have issues in the future. Amazing customer service.

11/13/2023 – Shane was awesome-super knowledgeable, on time, explained all our options and did great work! He has come out to our house before and has always been great!

10/14/2023 – Shane from Precision did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He explained the issue well and fixed it in a timely manner! The price was fair and I’m pleased with how quick they could come out and fix it. I recommend working with Shane Murphy from Precision!

10/12/2023 – I had my garage door serviced within one day of calling after my door suddenly decided to stop working. My technician, Shane was fantastic. He was on time, very professional in his demeanor and explained everything that needed to be fixed. He took his time to make sure that everything was set up well and checked the other door to make sure it was in working condition as well. I would not hesitate to call again. I am a very satisfied customer that would recommend others to use this company.

9/26/2023 – I could not recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin more. The spring broke on our garage on a Sunday four hours prior to a family reunion and we were trapped. I called Precision and they sent Shane Murphy, our technician, to the house. Shane was incredibly clear on the issue we were having, very transparent on pricing and completed the spring repair in less time than he quoted us. Shane was excellent and Precision was excellent to deal with. Thank you guys very much.

12/8/22 – Precision Door came out quickly and Shane was knowledgeable and was able to sort out the problem in a timely manner. We are pleased with his work and happy to have our garage door working again.

11/30/22 – Great service. Shane is extremely proficient. On time, communicated well, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

6/30/22 – I would like to take a moment and give my honest feedback on my recent precision experience with Shane. I am very impressed with this young man. Highly professional, competent and courteous, he arrived at my home promptly at the beginning of the stated window. He quickly diagnose the problem and provided several solutions along with pricing information. After my selection, he quickly said about to work and finished my repair (broken spring).

This is not my first encounter with Shane. He installed all three of my garage door motors less than a year ago. I give him my highest endorsement. You will also find my review of precision on Google. I’ve been a satisfied customer for over five years.””

5/27/22 – I drove my car into my garage and hit the button to close the garage door. I was terrified when the screw that secures the “”arm”” to the opener fell onto my windshield causing the garage door to CRASH to the ground! Luckily my car nor I suffered injury/damage. But—the door definitely was NOT functional! It was important to get if fixed ASAP so that I could attend my 4-yr old granddaughter’s VERY FIRST Dance Recital scheduled for later today. Unfortunately, the appointment “window” that I was given would make attending the recital unlikely. And then—I got a call from the technician—Shane Murphy! He called to let me know he had finished up earlier than expected with other appointments and was ON HIS WAY!

Shane was terrific! He evaluated the situation quickly and explained exactly what was needed to fix the door and what the cost would be. In a nutshell—the repair took only 15 minutes. I highly recommend Precision Garage! Thanks to them—I WILL BE AT THE RECITAL TONIGHT!

5/19/22 – My technician Shane was very helpful. He had everything needed to get the job done and was very knowledgeable. I inquired on a Tuesday night and they had me scheduled by Wednesday. Very quick service. Shane was also able to come out earlier. Lord knows it’s too hot to keep lifting a garage door. Thank you for the upgrade!!!

8/4/21 – Great experience. After waiting days for another company to call me back and hearing nothing, I called Precision Garage Door. 95 minutes later I had a new system installed that met all of my requirements. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient. Thanks Shane! Highly recommended if you’re looking to install a new garage door opener.

5/3/21 – Shane was wonderful – he provided me great options – once I decided to get a new garage door opener installed he completed all work quickly and with great care. He was very helpful and once completed he took the time to walk me through all aspects of the new opener – I have to say he was great!!
