12/12/2024 – Our garage door broke on Monday night, and we needed it to be able open early Tuesday morning for work deliveries. I called a few 24 hour garage door companies early Tuesday morning for, but they all went to voicemail until I called Precision. They answered and understood the importance of an early fix. Phil messaged me with his eta and he was right on time. After I got approval for the quote, he got right to work and finished up on the hour he told me it would take him. Phil finished our repairs just as our delivery driver was pulling up. The whole process couldn’t have been any smoother. Thank you.

9/20/2024 – Best by far in customer service! Phil Belf* was super informative about the installation process. We asked a few questions a he was kind enough to answer everything. The scheduler told us it would take all day but this installer worked magic and was able to get two doors installed plus all the accessories (springs, rods..) in less than 4 hours! Incredible work. We are super pleased with the entire process and value. Thank you Precision and give Phil a raise!

5/6/2024 – Phil Belfrage for precision garage door of Austin showed up and evaluated my problem and then worked out a cost that I was comfortable with and repaired my door in a quick, professional manner. he said explainer all my options in clear manner and then we came up with the best solution for me. Thanks Phil. I would recommend Precision. They were at my house within a couple of hours calling them and setting up the same day service.
