I have used precision garage for a few years now and I am always pleased with their Awesome customer service, The guys Sean and Landon were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable! The guy Sean was the first guy to Maintenence my Garage, he rocks bc he was very friendly and knowledgeable in his craft, he answered all my questions before I decided to buy a brand new garage door with garage door opener. The technician Landon provided excellent customer service, his superb knowledgeable and expertise, super friendly, very efficient and he did a perfect job explaining and setting up our new garage and door opener. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and how smooth and quiet my garage sounds. The garage seems sturdy, has easy to use features and lifetime warranty !

Very professional customer care given today. I was ordering a new Garage Door that I was trying to purchase 2 years earlier. After two 16 Week estimates for delivery I cancelled. I called back today to check on the new delivery times and found out that 4 weeks was the new schedule. Price is much higher, but I understand the cost increases. We will see when they actually get my door and install it.

I scheduled with Precision Garage Door for help with my garage door which stopped working. Brian came and diagnosed the issue and explained (and showed) that the gears and belt were stripped and busted and trying to repair it made no sense. Thankfully Brian was already equipped for the replacement so he took care of it the whole thing in the same appointment in an hour and now I have a perfectly working garage door again with a new Liftmaster system. We're super satisfied with the service Precision Door of Austin did. Our door was going up by itself on a regular basis. Pretty scary! We called Precision and Caleb Skaggs came out to access the situation. He ended up putting in a new motor and sensors for us. He explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly before he started the job. Took him less then two hours to finish. Quality work! Also a fair price for services rendered.
